Let them keep their culturally appropriating, pseudo-flower child costumes. Not you. You’re better than that, but the thing is, you’re running out of time. The Governors Ball Music Festival, just a short boat ride away from New York City, arguably (to us New Yorkers at least) the best city, well, ever, is selling out, fast. The good news: you can still buy tickets.

From June 5 to June 7, 2015, The Governors Ball Music Festival is bringing artists like Drake, Bjork, and Florence and the Machine to Randall’s Island, along with food vendors curated by The Infatuation, and, perhaps best of all, thousands of other New Yorkers who know better than to dress up like idiots to frolick in the summer sun. New Yorkers have common sense — they know it’s important to keep your cool while wearing your all-black uniform. It might rain, sure, but besides being fashionable and smart, New Yorkers are also ready for anything and everything. So get your rain boots ready, paint that black eyeliner on thick, and buy your tickets to Gov Ball, stat.
